Sentry Strategy was engaged with several SMEs and SMBs to improve the onboarding process of business buyers for various industries, focusing on an improved and differentiated customer onboarding experience and compliance with state regulations and guidelines.

After the review and approval process is completed, customers will receive instant access to place orders. 

This flow can also be further customized depending on the specific needs and your business.

The B2B portal only allows a centralized place for document management for all customers and businesses who are required to have certain information. The portal has reduced the needs for manual follow-ups on certain key information. Customers can now provide that information at their earliest convenience before they can place orders.
